Coach Finlay has organized a series of speakers; individuals from a variety of professions, all working in the city of Detroit, to come and lecture to student participants about their chosen profession.  These professionals (lawyers, teachers, physicians, medical researchers, developers, sales and marketing professionals, television personalities and athletes) are all current members and not only describe their path to success, but also how their participation in CrossFit has impacted their professional life. These lectures take place approximately once per month.
