Coaching

Programming is built on the foundations of movement.  We teach students how to run, jump, change direction, squat, push, pull, rotate and throw.  We work with them to increase their mobility, speed, strength, endurance and stamina. At the beginning of each session, the goals of that session are reviewed.  During their time in the gym, students participate in both individual and team competitions.  They learn proper technique for each piece of equipment in the gym supervised by one of the coaches.
